At Breagh Recruitment, we bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction recruitment, proudly supporting companies and professionals across Ireland, UK and wider Europe. From our base in County Armagh, surrounded by the rolling hills and renowned apple orchards, we’ve grown steadily from a small, committed team into one of the most trusted names in construction recruitment.
Our journey began with a simple mission: to connect hard-working, talented people with the opportunities they deserve. Over the years, we’ve stayed true to that mission, building a reputation for integrity, reliability, and genuine partnership. Our roots may be humble, but our reach and impact span the length and breadth of the construction industry.
Our mission is to connect top-tier construction talent with leading employers across Ireland, ensuring the perfect match between candidates and roles. We are dedicated to providing personalised career advice, CV optimisation, and interview preparation to help our candidates succeed.
Our vision is to be the leading recruitment partner for the construction industry in Ireland, continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of our clients and candidates. We aim to set the standard for excellence in recruitment, shaping the future of the Irish construction sector.
